Factory Audit

During initial period of business development, we will verify capital verification and factory audit of the cooperative manufacturers by accompanying customers to go to the production base for supplier audit, write audit report and assess supplier level of production enterprises, main contents including:

1)Investigate the basic situation of suppliers such as registration information, company background, organizational structure, operating conditions, financial condition, credit history, judicial risks, product quality, product price, production capacity, supply ability, environment certification (ISO9001，ISO14001，ISO22000 etc.), and other qualifications(qualifications vary by products) like KOSHER，HALAL，HACCP，GMP, COS, DMF, PMDA, FDA etc.

2)Fill in various questionnaires about the situation of the production enterprises that customers want to know, Organisation, Quality Management, Personnel And Trainning, Facility Management, Equipment Management, Documemts Management, Materials Management, Product Manufacturing, Laboratory Controls, Product Release, Change Control, Complaints And Recalls, Regulatory Information Storage Conditions, Relabelling Of Containers, Re-Packing Of Material Before Despatch Etc.

3)Issue the certificate or statement required by customers, such as GMO Free, BSE/TSE Certificate, RSS, Allergens etc.

4)According to the information provided by production enterprises, we will verify the production process, check each production step, including production enterprises’ raw material purchase, standardization of raw materials warehouse stacking, batch charging, chemical reaction, quality control, concentration, crystallization, centrifugation, drying, screening, quality inspection qualified, product packaging, finished product warehouse, transport delivery, after-sales service and complaint handling and so on. Through verification, we will communicate with customers and feedback the views of customers to the production enterprises in sequence with corrective action report. It promotes the details of operation of production enterprises and daily management to be more standardized, rational and scientific, which gain recognition by more customers and improve the market competitiveness of production enterprises.

5)With subsequent business developing, we will continue to provide the feedback from customers and business support for the production of enterprises and communication with customers. We commit to assisting manufacturers to establish long-term stable cooperative relations with customers. In addition, we will create more business opportunities for production enterprises to expand the scope of product cooperation, tap potential customers, deepen customer cooperation and develop new products, new markets, introduce new projects.
